Eurest is seeking a Part-Time Shift Supervisor at Capital One, Fort Lauderdale, to lead a team during a shift, ensuring service standards, safety, and productivity are met. The role requires coordinating workloads and supporting a positive work environment.

You will train associates, develop schedules, monitor performance, and report on quality and efficiency, while fostering growth and ensuring guest satisfaction on every shift.

• We are hiring immediately for a part time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: Capital One - 801 E Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part time schedule. Days may vary, 6:30 am - 7:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: At least 1 year of barista experience required.

• Pay Range: $16.50 per hour to $18.00 per hour

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
