Position Details

• Position: Shift Supervisor
• Minimum Experience: 1 year
• Shift: 2:00 pm - Close
• Hourly Compensation: $15.50 - $16.00 (Annual: $40,500 - $42,000)

Responsibilities include teaching, coaching, and leading store crew members; maximizing sales through customer satisfaction and food quality; overseeing shift operations across food service, grocery, and fountain sales; monitoring inventory, equipment, safety, and cleanliness; and ensuring store policies are followed.

Work Schedule

Varies based on a rotating 3-week schedule, approximately 45 hours per week.
