Braum's is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Tahlequah, OK. The role leads the store crew, drives customer satisfaction, and oversees shift operations across Braum's food service, groceries, and fountain sales.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of retail experience, be 21+, and possess a High School Diploma or GED. The position offers bi-weekly bonuses and benefits with a rotating 3-week schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.

• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

$15.50 - $16.00 (annually $43,000 - $44,500)

Shift Supervisor's role

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
