Job summary

Braum's in Clarksville, AR is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store team during the 2:00 pm - Close shift. You will coach crew, ensure food quality and customer satisfaction, and oversee daily operations across food service, grocery, and fountain sales.

Responsibilities include instructing the team, monitoring inventory and safety, upholding Braum's policies, and driving sales through excellent service.

Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
