Job summary

Braum's Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Claremore, OK to lead store crews and oversee food service operations. You will coach team members, drive customer satisfaction and maintain food quality during shifts.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, a 21+ age minimum, and a high school diploma or GED. A rotating schedule with approx. 45 hours per week is typical, with benefits and bonus eligibility.

Position:

Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience:

1 year

Shift:

2:00 pm - Close

Hourly Compensation:

$15.50 - $16.00 (annually $44,500 - $46,500)

Shift Supervisor's role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule:

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
