GREYSTONE PROGRAMS INC is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Monroe, NY area. This full-time 2nd shift role involves supervising Direct Support Professionals, modeling duties, and ensuring the IRA routine is followed during the shift.

You will oversee active treatment activities, review documentation, and may perform administrative duties as needed. Transportation, meal support, and medication administration are part of the daily responsibilities to enhance residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience.
• AMAP certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals on shift and model appropriate performance.
• Serve as point-of-contact in the IRA in the absence of management.
• Ensure active treatment activities and opportunities are provided to optimize individuals’ quality of life.
• Review billing and non-billing documentation for completeness.
• May perform administrative duties as indicated by management.
• Provide transportation using company vehicles.
• Assist with meals and maintaining living environment; support communication skills.
• Administer medication as needed.

Shift Supervisor - Monroe, NY – Full-Time, 2nd ShiftPerform the work of a Direct Support Professional on shift and models appropriate performance of duties for other DSPs. Ensure implementation of the routine of the IRA during their shift. Serve as the point-of-contact in the IRA in the absence of management. Ensure ‘active treatment’ activities and opportunities are provided to optimize individuals’ quality of life. Review billing and non-billing documentation for completeness. May perform administrative duties as indicated by management.Our DSPs play an important role in the lives of people with intellectual or developmental disabilities who receive supports from Greystone Programs.
