CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor Trainee in Noblesville, Indiana. This entry-level role prepares you for higher supervisory positions by developing your management skills and knowledge of CV's pharmacy culture. You will oversee staff, provide excellent customer service, and ensure operational smoothness during shifts. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, and a high school diploma is required.
The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. Trainees perform tasks as directed to develop supervisory skills, complete basic management training, and learn about key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service and understanding CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, Trainees are eligible for promotion to open Supervisor positions. These leadership roles support the Store Management team by driving store execution, enhancing performance, and fostering customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, Supervisors lead store staff, ensure smooth operations, and oversee opening and closing procedures.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent. The role requires retail experience, deductive reasoning, analytical skills, computer skills, and advanced communication abilities. Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime is necessary.
This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or full-time salary, with actual offers depending on experience, education, location, and other factors.
