Circle K Stores Inc. Sewickley is seeking a Shift Supervisor Level 1 to lead daily car wash and store operations. You will deliver prompt customer service, explain wash options, and supervise routine maintenance and safety protocols in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Car wash experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and greet customers.
• Explain wash options and report inquiries or issues promptly.
• Perform car wash attendant duties and basic site upkeep.
• Troubleshoot basic XPT and DRB issues per DRB Protocol.
• Attend Preventative Maintenance training and complete 5-day PM.
• Open/close procedures and dress code compliance.
• Assist Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.

Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available.* Ensure that customers are satisfied and that any inquiries, incidents and issues are reported in a timely manner.* Satisfactorily able to complete all Car wash Attendant job duties.* Understands how to troubleshoot basic XPT and DRB issues. The employee must be able to work in damp and humid conditions. The employee must be able to work in outdoor variable weather conditions. The employee may have to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.**EXPERIENCE:*** Customer service and some Car Wash experience preferred.**WORKING ENVIRONMENT:**The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others.This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. The noise level is usually moderate but can be excessively loud with hearing protection required (along with other PPE).
