Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. Bullhead City is seeking a Shift Supervisor Level 1 to provide prompt, courteous customer service and support car wash operations. You will greet customers, explain wash options, troubleshoot basic DRB/XPT issues, and assist with tunnel/chemical room maintenance.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, strong communication and sales skills, weekend availability, and adherence to safety policies. Training includes preventative maintenance and DRB protocols.

Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available.* Ensure that customers are satisfied and that any inquiries, incidents and issues are reported in a timely manner.* Satisfactorily able to complete all Car wash Attendant job duties.* Understands how to troubleshoot basic XPT and DRB issues. The employee must be able to work in damp and humid conditions. The employee must be able to work in outdoor variable weather conditions. The employee may have to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.**EXPERIENCE:*** Customer service and some Car Wash experience preferred.**WORKING ENVIRONMENT:**The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others.This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. The noise level is usually moderate but can be excessively loud with hearing protection required (along with other PPE).
