Job summary

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules for associates.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
