Job summary

ESFM is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor at our Belton, TX location. The role oversees a specific shift, directs associates, and ensures adherence to policy and procedures while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

• Must be able to train staff and create work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety goals are met.
• Serve as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
