Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Florida to oversee daily operations of the bakery-café and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will manage front-of-house and back-of-house activities with enthusiasm and leadership, driving performance and profitability.

Responsibilities include coaching your team, planning sales levels, and maintaining health, safety and quality standards while delivering the warm Panera culture guests expect.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in fast/casual, full-service or hospitality industries.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a team.
• Passion for guest experience and service excellence.
