Responsibilities

• Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow is followed by observing store traffic and assigning tasks.
• Supervise and delegate daily checklists to keep the store clean and safe.
• Support new juicers with the global training mantra.
• Lead by example to create warm interactions and handle feedback.
• Monitor commercial targets and guide the team to support sales performance.
