Braum's in Monett, MO is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store crew, drive sales, and ensure high food quality and customer experience. The role reports to the Assistant Manager and involves coaching staff, overseeing shift operations, and maintaining inventory and safety standards.

The position requires at least 1 year of experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and is paid $16.00–$16.50 per hour with bi-weekly bonuses. 45-hour workweeks on a rotating 3-week schedule are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
