Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) to ensure successful store operation.
• Shift Supervisor takes direction from Store Manager and makes key store decisions.
• Executes merchandising plans and maintains in-stock conditions.
• Drives engagement by communicating with customers and resolving issues.
• Oversees work assignments to maximize profits while complying with labor laws.
• Oversees receiving, pricing, freshness, quality, and product rotation; maintains logs as required.
• Ensures safety and OSHA compliance, and weights/measures accuracy.
• Performs daily store walks to identify opportunities and guide associates.
• Supports company programs and enforces policies across the store.
