Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor in Westwego, LA to support store management and lead the team in the absence of a store manager. You will ensure smooth opening/closing, assist customers, and maintain a strong service standard.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead the store staff when management is unavailable and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; merchandise and reset departments as needed.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews to ensure smooth operations.
