Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Cash handling and customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging in positive interactions with customers.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and follow customer service and cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
• Assist in training new team members.
