Five Guys in Chicago is seeking a shift supervisor to lead crew members and direct daily operations in the General Manager’s absence. You will ensure high standards for product prep, delivery, customer relations, and restaurant maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Shift managers are trained to perform duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing daily operations in the General Manager’s absence.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in product prep, delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and maintaining a high-energy, safe, and clean work environment.
