Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations in the General Manager’s absence, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management
• Supervise crew members and shift leaders to ensure smooth restaurant performance
• Maintain high food safety and quality standards and provide leadership during busy service periods
• Coordinate with team on training, scheduling and performance feedback
