Compass Group USA in Keene, NH is seeking a Shift Supervisor for full-time and part-time roles. You will direct the activities of associates on shift and ensure that all job expectations are completed in line with policy and procedure.

The role requires prior cash handling and leadership experience, with supervisory or management background preferred. Perks include free shift meals, a parking pass, and a safety shoe allowance, with pay ranging from $22.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Formación

• Prior cash handling and leadership experience is required.
• Supervisor or management experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
