This role offers a starting pay of $15.00/hour with potential increases based on experience, plus bi-weekly pay and flexible scheduling for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership potential and a passion for people.
• Experience in restaurant or food service is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn count.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to think on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the crew to ensure smooth, fun, and successful shifts.
• Interact with guests, address issues on the spot, and leave customers smiling.
• Coach team members, lead by example, and make key decisions during your shift.
• Ensure quality food, maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment, and support a positive atmosphere for staff and guests.
• Manage inventory, handle cash, and assist with scheduling to take on real responsibility.
