Job summary

Eurest is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for Delta SEA (Seatac). The role oversees a shift, directs associates, ensures adherence to policies, and maintains quality, safety, and productivity targets. Schedule varies, weekends and holidays required; training and scheduling will be provided.

Compensation includes a fixed pay rate of $25.85 per hour with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible full-time staff; applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.
• Food and beverage knowledge required.
• Food safety awareness and training expected.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift.
• Ensure assigned job tasks meet policy and procedure requirements.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and monitor quality and safety metrics.
• Serve as first point of contact for coworker questions or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees; encourage advancement within the team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
