Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of shift supervisor or retail leadership experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lead and train team; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies are followed.
