Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including quality beverages/food, cash handling, and safety, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Six (6) months of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Prepare and coach food/beverage prep to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and supervise team members to ensure quality beverages and service.
• Uphold store safety and security policies and procedures.
