Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a role that required constant interacting with and fulfilling customers
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Ability to delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate the tasks of two or more employees
• Maintain store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and safety

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming coffeehouse environment for the community
• Ensure quality beverages and food according to standard recipes and customer requests
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to meet store needs and customer flow
• Uphold store policies, cash handling, safety, and security procedures
