Qualifications

Six months of customer-facing experience.
Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
Ability to direct the work of others.
Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the retail environment.
Prepare and coach beverages and foods to standard recipes.

Responsibilities
