Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations with craft and heart to keep the store welcoming and efficient
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to meet quality standards
• Ensure compliance with store policies, cash handling, safety and security during shifts
