Job summary

The role requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on reliable attendance and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate two or more team members.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality; flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays.
