Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our coffeehouse team in a welcoming community space. You will coach partners, ensure quality beverages and food, and maintain safety while delivering great guest experiences.

This role requires reliable attendance, flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and the ability to delegate tasks and coach others during a busy shift.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Ability to learn quickly and direct the work of others.
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a retail environment and cash handling.
• Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations during shifts with craft and heart.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes and customize as needed.
• Coach and delegate tasks to other employees during the shift.
• Ensure quality beverages, safe food handling and store safety at all times.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and adherence to store policies.
