Qualifications

• Six months’ experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Able to coach others and delegate tasks to teammates.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others and lead front-line staff as a shift supervisor.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Maintain quality, safety, cash handling and store security procedures.
• Support team by coordinating tasks and ensuring a welcoming store environment.
