Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including cash handling and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming coffeehouse experience for the community.
• Coordinate tasks of team members to deliver quality beverages and customer service.
