Qualifications

• 6+ months in a role requiring customer interaction and fulfilling customer requests.
• 6+ months experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with craft and heart to create welcoming spaces.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or personalized for customers.
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to meet store goals.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
