Qualifications

• Six (6) months of customer-facing experience.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Provide quality beverages and foods and maintain store safety and security.
• Cash handling and adherence to store policies and standards.
• Coach and delegate tasks to partners to maintain smooth operations.
