Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure quality beverages and food, and maintain a welcoming store environment in Glendale.

You will coach teammates, manage tasks and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role requires flexible availability across mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, with a strong focus on teamwork, communication and adherence to store policies.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Meet store policies and standards for beverages, food, cash handling and safety
• Six months of customer-facing experience
• Prepare and coach food/beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to make the store a welcoming space for the community
• Ensure quality beverages and food products are prepared to standards
• Oversee cash handling and store safety and security
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members as needed
