Qualifications

• 6 months of customer-facing experience
• 6 months of experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Maintain attendance and punctuality
• Cash handling and store safety and security

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to provide quality beverages and food
• Coach preparation of beverages/food to recipes or customer requests
• Direct the work of others and delegate tasks
• Ensure store policies and standards are followed including safety and security
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to requests efficiently
