Qualifications

• Regular and consistent attendance with punctuality, including accommodations as needed.

• At least 6 months experience interacting with customers and delegating tasks.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others to ensure smooth store operation.
• Coach baristas in beverage and food preparation to standard recipes and customer modifications.
• Lead by example to uphold safety, cleanliness, and company policies.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products are prepared to standard.
