Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart in a welcoming coffeehouse environment. You’ll ensure quality beverages and food, guide a small team, and maintain store standards while delivering warm customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Ability to delegate tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of store policies, safety and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure quality beverages and food.
• Coach and prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer customizations.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to two or more employees.
• Maintain cash handling and store safety and security.
• Provide a welcoming space with warm customer experiences.
