Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality with or without accommodations.

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of delegating tasks to others or coordinating teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with craft and heart to maintain a welcoming space.
• Direct daily operations and coach partners to meet quality standards.
• Ensure safety, food and beverage quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Support teamwork and effective communication across the store.
