Job summary

You will coach a team, delegate tasks, uphold store policies, and build relationships with customers. The role requires punctuality, flexibility in hours, and the ability to perform under pressure during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance, with or without accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including quality beverages/food, cash handling, and safety, with or without accommodation.
• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make Starbucks a welcoming space for the community.
• Direct the work of others and coach team members to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to the team and coordinate the work of two or more employees.
• Uphold store policies, cash handling, safety, and customer service standards.
