Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Experience preparing beverages/food to standard recipes.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; adhere to store policies and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming.
• Ensure quality beverages and food preparation to standard recipes.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold store policies, cash handling, and safety standards.
