Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with/without accommodation.
• Available for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Provide quality beverages and food, cash handling, store safety and security.
• Six months’ experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• At least six months’ experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks store.
• Direct the work of team members and delegate tasks to ensure smooth service.
• Coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, including changes as needed.
• Maintain safety, cash handling and store policies during shifts.
