Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer specifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to make the store welcoming
• Ensure quality beverages and food products and maintain cash handling and store security
• Direct and coach team members to execute tasks efficiently
• Create a safe, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues
• Collaborate with team to meet store policies and standards
