Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality is required.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, provide quality beverages and food, cash handling and store safety.
• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily store operations and lead fellow partners.
• Coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes.
• Provide a welcoming, guest-focused experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain safety, cash handling, and store policy adherence.
