• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Ability to coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes and make substitutions as needed.
• Experience delegating tasks to coworkers and coordinating team activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and foods according to standard recipes.
• Coach beverage and food preparation and handle recipe adjustments.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate 2+ staff members during shifts.
• Maintain store safety and security and follow policies.
