Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community
• Maintain quality beverages and food products
• Ensure store policies, cash handling, and safety standards are followed
