Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring interaction with customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and food to standard recipes or customer customizations.
• Direct and coordinate team to fulfill customer requests.
• Maintain store policies, safety, cash handling and security.
• Provide welcoming, high-quality customer service and a great in-store experience.
