Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, making your coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community. You will guide daily operations, ensure quality beverages and food, and support a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance with or without accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies, including quality beverages/food, cash handling and store safety, with accommodations.
• Six months of experience in a role requiring customer interaction.
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customized changes.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to provide a welcoming experience.
• Ensure consistent quality of beverages and food and safe cash handling.
• Coach and delegate tasks across the team to meet store goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
