Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others.
• Available for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain attendance and adhere to store policies including cash handling and safety.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming.
• Ensure quality beverages and customer service during your shift.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to meet goals.
