Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more staff.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and handling cash, safety, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customer requests.
• Direct and coordinate tasks of team members during shifts.
• Ensure quality beverages and food, maintain store safety and security, and handle cash.
