Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Starbucks Operations team in New York, New York. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring order accuracy and maintaining the Starbucks Experience for our customers. You will lead the team during scheduled shifts, assist in training new employees, and foster a positive working environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent experience.
• Starbucks or other fast-paced cafe experience preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team.

• Assist with new employee training and provide coaching.
